Ground Mounting Systems

Ground Trac®

The Ground Trac® system provides an aesthetically pleasing solution for mounting PV modules on hillsides and flat ground, creating the perfect solution for applications where roof mounting is not a viable option. However, even if roof mounting is an option, sometimes people prefer a ground mount because it can be installed with optimum positioning toward the sun. Ground Trac® has become an efficient, quick and cost effective way to mount solar modules on the ground.

Benefits
  • Extremely fast installation - greatly reduces labor costs.
  • All attachment points concealed within channel - provides an attractive and clean appearance.
  • All fully exposed aluminum channel and clamp sets are fully anodized - makes for an attractive appearance and reduces the chance of degrading the electrical contact between the support racking and the modules.
  • Specifically engineered to reduce size and number of concrete footings - this results in reduced labor and more efficient use of materials and still meets the 100 mph wind load required by most building departments.
