I had new windows (triple pane) installed throughout my house with Quality First. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new windows. Not only are the windows beautiful and I am now seeing a significant savings on my PG&E bill. I was very impressed with Quality First from the initial call I received down to the presentation of the windows and the follow up after installation. The windows were ordered and installed within 2 months; the quality of the installation is just remarkable. I would highly recommend Quality First to anyone I know. Thank you so much for my new windows!!

We have replaced our wooden bedroom door twice and repaired it repeatedly. It faces the worst of the storms and we were about to give up hope. But our new vinyl framed door from Quality First has passed through the worst storms of the winter without a hint of any leaking. Our bedroom is dry, quiet, and keeps an even temperature.

Quality First is a very good company to do business with. They are very professional to do business with. My dealings with them were very good. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were always on time and let me say what I wanted them to do for me and gave me ideas on what I might like and how they would do what I wanted. The men who came to do the work were very professional and the work was wonderful and I could not ask for better men to come in and do the work. I would have them come in and do more work for me if I had other work they could do for me here. I felt very comfortable with them working in my house.

"For me contractors have usually been an unpleasant experience. What I commonly find is that they compromise quality, sometimes even in violation of contracts." "My experience with Quality First's installation of a large electricity-generating solar system was a welcomed departure from most of my experiences. The work was completed in two days, and any problems were handled promptly. Instead of catching them taking shortcuts on quality, I found they stressed it, as their name implies. Even the city inspector commented on the high quality of their work." "They did what they said they would do, including honoring commitment that were not explicitly part of the contract. I consider them a rare exception to the "contractor problem"."

"With all the horror stories out there and my own past experience with "handymen", I was VERY apprehensive about hiring people for this project. I was VERY pleased with the Quality First people who did the work on my house. They were each and every one a real professional, neat, clean cut (relatively), polite, cleaned up pretty good after themselves. Not one of them looked like they had ever spent a day in jail. I had no uneasiness about letting them into my home. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any home improvement service that they offer."

"I received my quote from quality first several weeks ago and after meeting with sales consultant Ryan, I made the decision to move forward with the entire window replacement system. They have been highly courteous this far. I additionally had Quality First also install a set of French doors that I purchased several weeks ago thru another organization, for my convenience they came out today to install just the doors for me, never mind the rest of my windows will not be in for another two weeks. They went out of their way to make me happy, DOUBLE thumbs up Guys! You Rock!"
