Requirements & Qualifications:

• Sales Representative
  As a Sales Representative at Quality First, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, conducting in-home consultations, and guiding them through our home improvement solutions. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• In home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ambitious and results oriented.
• Great communication and listening skills.
• Coach-able and open to learning and improving.
• Ability to learn new mobile technology.
• Able to drive to customer’s homes to run 2-4 leads per day.

• Canvasser
  Are you outgoing, motivated, and enjoy connecting with people? As a Canvasser, you’ll play a crucial role in helping potential customers discover the benefits of our services. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-facing, goal-oriented environment.
• Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to inform them about our services.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team by generating leads through door-to-door interactions.
• Track and report leads using company-provided tools and technology.
• Meet and exceed weekly lead-generation goals.
• No prior canvassing experience required, but it’s a plus!
• Ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with homeowners.
• Coachable, with a desire to learn and improve.

• Promote our home improvement solutions in a friendly, professional manner.
